This is a random tangent, but Alec, your uncle who is not the ABC Duncan Campbell, did he used to go out with Julie Christie? If so, I met someone who used to know him in the 60/70s. This Duncan Campbell was apparently the king of cool in journalism circles at the time and shagged my informant's girlfriend (about which he held no rancour).
